Refund & Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Returns are accepted only for products received in damaged condition, defective items, or incorrect products delivered.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide supporting photographs.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Certain items, including clearance or specially ordered products, may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
